Hoped it would make the driveway tidier and is better than expected, highly recommend

This is brilliant for cleaning the moss and weeds from the joints of your patio or driveway block.
It normally takes me at least a day to clean my drive with a wire brush and this is so much faster.

The downside or my 'However' is I would suggest that you go for the larger battery if your patio or driveway is any bigger that a 'Smart Car'.

The 2.0Ah battery lasts just under 20 minutes from a full charge and with the size of my driveway it will take about 8 to 10 charges to clean it all.
I will order a large battery so I can complete the driveway in one go but the batteries are expensive so its a lesson learnt.

It a shame that Ryobi do't tell you in the product description about how long the battery will run for or I would have purchased the one with 4.Ah battery for an additional £20:00

We bought the Ryobi patio cleaner, because it was costing us a fortune to have the driveway power cleaned. Best tool we ever bought. The only draw back is, its difficult to buy replacement wire wheels, always out of stock. But I would still buy one.

Very good at cleaning, however very difficult to change worn brushes , any simple method?

Bought this as a present for my 75 year old Mum, as she was struggling with a manual wire brush on her block paved drive. She has found it really easy to use and has made light work of the moss and weeds

The Ryobi patio cleaner does get into the groves on block paving but the 2AH battery does not last long enough to do a 20 yard Driveway. So far 4 charges and drive 3/4 done. 20 mind work then 60 mind wait.
Should have got 4AH model as now have to purchase larger battery and then maybe clear the moss and weeds with only 1 battery swop.

We have a small courtyard with individual paving bricks and small weeds/grass/moss can really take hold. The only solution was on hands and knees using a scraper to clear the cracks - backbreaking and a very tedious and long job. This cleaner has changed everything. So easy to use, fast and efficient. Works best when the ground is dry. I actually enjoy weeding the courtyard now. Only drawback is the battery lasts about 20 minutes but you can weed a lot of ground in that time. So the product itself is good and does the job, however the brush gets worn very quickly and are expensive to replace. When you search Ryobi the search results only display for the USA so all prices are in USD!
Secondly, I find the battery runs down before I finish my patio and paths. I therefore went online to purchase a replacement - what a nightmare trying to do such a simple task as buying a battery. The Ryobi website points you to Home Depot in the USA and does not list a UK supplier??!!? What?!?! Disappointed with the backup service they keep bragging about - great if you live in the USA but I DON'T!!!

Does what it says it will, cleans between paving blocks, But make sure you read all options, 2.0 battery option doesn’t tell you how long the battery lasts, it’s 30mins max.
The 4.0 battery option £20 dearer tells you 60min run time max, if you have a large area you need that option, or you are forever charging the battery, which really detracts from how good equipment is. ????
