This is a very inflator as there’s no cables and is quick at inflating tyres.

As a disabled person this Ryobi high pressure inflator really helps me to check and adjust my tyre pressures and inflate the small swimming pool for the grandchildren. As I already own a selection of Ryobi 18v tools this is another quality tool for which I already have the batteries. I have no problem in praising the quality of Ryobi tools and at my age I will not be changing to any other brand.

Having had a RING digital tyre inflator for many years (on my 2nd) I struggled with the restrictions of having to use a 12V cigar lighter to power it. Don't get me wrong the RING inflator is great, has a digital read-out and can turn off at pre-set pressure settings in BAR/PSI/ KPa etc.
However this RYOBI inflator is just so handy. I already have a couple of RYOBI power tools so didn't need a battery therefore this bare tool was ideal.
On delivery I couldn't wait to try the little unit out. Its lightweight, comfortable and simple to operate, not too noisy, doesn't really vibrate and has a decent 50cm hose with a sturdy quick release Schrader valve attachment, which I prefer over the screw fitting that I have on the RING, it also comes with a couple of adaptors for inflating other products.
4 tyres inflated from flat to 30PSI in only a few minutes and only used one bar of battery power. Only downside is I would have preferred a digital readout with auto pressure off, but the integral pressure gauge does the job and is pretty accurate.
Don't forget that this handy little tool is also covered by the RYOBI 3year Warranty which is in my opinion second to none having used it previously.
I highly recommend this inflator if I could give it 10 Stars I would, I don't know how I've managed before.

Very good indeed except that the dial is analogue and when inflating car tyres, the 28 and 32 psi region is way down to the bottom left. The dial goes up to zero to 150psi in about 270 degrees. Mid-scale is 75psi.

How accurate is the dial? Would it have been better to have a digital readout?

Other than those two issues, it's a good device.
